Your serverloft server is hosted either at datadock - Europe's greenest data centre - or in our state-of-the-art serverloft data centre in the USA. Whichever location you choose, you benefit from the highest possible level of availability, efficiency, and security. In addition, both data centres offer connections to our high-speed backbone with data transfer speeds in excess of 550 Gbit/s.
Our European data centre datadock is the result of over three years of planning and its construction was undertaken by our parent group PlusServer AG. The aim of that project is to meet the highest standards in terms of availability and connection speed, whilst at the same time not forgetting about the environment. Only the most up-to-date, environmentally friendly equipment has been used in the data centre's infrastructure together with an innovative well-type cooling system.
These measures result in datadock's impressive levels of energy efficiency. And since all critical installations are fully redundant, datadock also guarantees the highest levels of availability.
Our US data centre is located in St. Louis, Missouri - in the very heart of the United States. This strategic location offers optimal connections to all main carriers and to the primary passages of the US networks. The fastest possible connections to all parts of the world are therefore guaranteed.
The serverloft data centre in St. Louis, Missouri was opened in 2011 and is acknowledged as one of the world's most advanced data centres. This data centre was designed with full redundancy. All critical functions are permanently monitored and the servers are protected against unauthorized access by multiple security systems.
All servers in the serverloft US data centre are hosted in highly secured premises designed to protect against fire and all other potential environmental damages. Special door systems, video monitoring, and in-house security services ensure that around the clock, comprehensive and effective intruder prevention is maintained.
