Unlike normal servers Cloud servers are not bound strictly to a particular specification or contract term. You can adjust the performance of your machine to the values you would like and only pay for the performance you really assign and also only until you set a lower value, deactivate a virtual machine or no longer wish to use a particular service. The billing is calculated by the hour and only for the quantity used.

We use so-called FlexiPoints® as currency for billing purposes. These are credit points which you can order in monthly packages or pay-as-you-go credit. Every action in your Cloud costs a particular quantity of FlexiPoints®, which can be one-time or recurring depending on the service.

Administering your cloud only takes a little time. All settings are controlled via an intuitive interface in your serverloft customer panel. You can adjust all the detailed settings for your cloud here with the click of a mouse. The resources are arranged in blocks and groups to give a better overview. Complete statistics are shown for every resource to enable you to maintain a complete view.
